Girl I said it on FB and I'll say it here..you guys look amazing!!! Seriously, Annslee and Coby looked great but Mark and I ..well, our pic after 36 hrs of travelling was not for public consumption LOL

Just wanted to say the best way to get over the jet lag and to adjust your daughter to the time zone is to spend time in sunlight. Even if it is cold outside, get the whole family out in the sun and fresh air for a few hours. It helps the body clock reset. Worked for us on all of our trips overseas.
